Everything moved, nothing lost
Before the transfer we take stock of what is on the old device so nothing is forgotten: photo libraries, documents, email accounts, saved passwords, printers and the programs you use. After the move we check it with you on the new device, then set up an automatic backup to the cloud, an external drive, or both.
Retiring the old device
Once you have confirmed everything made it across, we sign out of your accounts and securely erase the old computer or phone so your personal information doesn't leave the house with it.
