Information you send us
When you use the request form, call, text or email, we receive the details you provide (such as your name, phone number, email, area and a description of the problem). We use them only to respond to you and provide service. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
Website analytics
We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they view and roughly where visits come from (city or country level). This helps us improve the site. Our Cloudflare analytics does not use cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may use cookies to count visits; you can block these in your browser settings.
Spam protection
The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person. Turnstile is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
During service visits
We only access the files, accounts and settings needed to fix the problem you asked us to fix, and we do not keep copies of your files.
